This past weekend
Was amazing.
Friday night I worked and that was crazy crazy busy with not enough people working. So that was a tad stressful.
But, Saturday, I went down to Detroit for a concert...Taylor Swift! (Yeah, okay, I'm one of those crazies who love her despite all of her breakup and romance songs. lol). It was a blast. I went with one of my best friends that I've known since elementary school. It was such a great concert...she really knows how to put on a good show. I had no voice for the rest of the night from screaming and singing every single word to every single song. It was awesome to just let loose for a little bit and not have to worry about work the next day!
My boss was awesome this week and gave me Sunday off as well! So, T and I went to the local beach and walked the pier and had a picnic on the beach. T even enjoyed himself, even though he hates the beach. (With his red hair, he uses a TON of sunscreen and reapplies like every couple hours. Then the sand sticks to him...). It was blast to just relax and enjoy the sun.
All in all....a great weekend for me! I have big plans next weekend as well, so I hope those go great too!

Sounds like a great time! I love Taylor Swift, but then again, for me, she is a hometown girl. She grew up about 15 minutes away from me, and I have been following her career since she and I were both 14. My best friend in middle school was in a musical with her, and a friend of my uncle's was her next door neighbor.
